We grow our mushrooms out from culture on sterilized sawdust substrate following organic practices. We are currently in the process of becoming certified organic. Our mushrooms are grown and harvested to order (please inquire as different species have different grow times). If you are interested in something we don’t currently offer please ask, we are continually experimenting with new varieties. Wholesale pricing is available by 10lb cases.
